We optimized Neiman Marcus Online to sell millions of dollars of product and innovated the high-fashion retailing experience.

My Role:

Interactive Designer – Initially hired into a base interactive design role, I took on innovation-focused projects centering on video and rich media.

Key Experiences:

  • Pushing the boundaries of e-commerce and fashion retailing through interactive design and click-to-purchase video merchandising

  • Experimenting with the early days of a/b testing and personalization

  • Harnessing the power of email marketing and landing page optimization leading to record single-day sales
