Retailer Neiman Marcus was working to scale their e-commerce business to mirror their unique and luxurious in-store experience.
Initially hired into a base interactive design role, I took on a number of special innovation projects to try to help the company move forward. We built and launched the first NM blog, experimented with personalization and A/B testing, pushed the envelop with video embeds on the home page, created click-to-purchase interactive videos, and built other interactive landing pages to drive conversion. Our approach to e-commerce was innovative at the time and helped push the .com to be a billion dollar store.
